The minimum no. of ISAE members to qualify for the establishment of the chapter should be 20, which should be raised to 50 in a year's time.
The ISAE members willing to establish a Chapter should get together and pass a resolution to constitute an ISAE chapter and nominate an ad-hoc committee. A formal request to the president of the ISAE to establish a chapter should subsequently be made together with a copy of the resolution. The ad-hoc committee should draft constitution for the ISAE chapter and call a meeting within 3 months to adopt the constitution and elect an Executive Committee.
